1. Visit our website, to see the full range of offers for apartments, houses, villas, plots, lands, offices, commercial areas. Use the search button in order to find a property according to your criteria.

2. Once you find a property according to your criteria, you can send us a request for more information on properties that interest you. You can get in touch with us on skype, over the phone (phone numbers are listed on the website) or by simply clicking on the ‘Contact us’ button. Our agents will reply to your e-mails within 24 hours and will ensure to assist you with any inquiries you might have regarding the properties or purchasing process.
3. If you would like us to arrange a viewing of the property you have chosen, please let us know and we will do our best to meet you when it is most convenient for you.

4. When you find the right property for you and wish to purchase it, we will organize negotiations with the sellers, and all necessary documentation - contracts, documentation of property ownership verification, completion of the transaction, payment and other necessary legal services.

5. In order for us to be able to reserve the property you have chosen, you will have to pay a deposit upon signing the preliminary contract with the seller. The required deposit amount is between 1000 euro and 3000 euro (depending on the property you would like to buy). Both payments of the deposit and signature on a preliminary contract with the seller are required to ensure that the property will be sold only to you at the price mentioned at the contract.

6. If you are abroad and unable to visit the area in which the property is located, but you want to buy and complete the deal, you can gain ownership of this property from a distance with our help. Our lawyers will prepare all necessary documents and will provide you with instructions on how to legalize the documents in front of a local notary or in the Bulgarian embassy in the country where you are resident. Then you simply post the documents to our office and we will represent you in front of the institutions for transferring the property ownership in Bulgaria.

7. The whole process of buying a property (from payment of the deposit to completing ownership property documents in front of a notary in Bulgaria) usually lasts about 4 – 8 weeks. If you buy a property using deferred or individual payment plans, the purchasing process is longer and depends on the particular payment plan of the property. Most of the available payment plans are applicable for an apartment property type for a period from 3 to 24 months.
